Answer yes if your organisation has received a request from any government or other authority to provide access to personal data. Please provide information about the nature, volume and origin of requests, including how many you complied with in the notes section, or through supporting evidence (e.g. a link to your transparency report or a document upload).
If you have received data access requests from any government or other authorities, it is important that your clients have reasonable information they need to assess the situation and inform their risk assessment. Mitigating actions could include informing data subjects or seeking legal advice.
Some organisations choose to provide this information directly and privately to their clients and customers, whilst some publish this information in a transparency report, or something similar.
You may need to review with legal counsel the scope and nature of information that you are legally able to disclose in a transparency report.
