A code of business ethics is a guide your organisation follows to help ensure it has a positive impact on the people and the planet. A code of ethics can be focussed solely on one aspect, e.g. labour standards, or it could include wider guidelines covering all elements of a responsible business.
Committing to a code of business ethics demonstrates that your organisation is serious about improving its social impact.
