LONDON — 24/03/2026 — Risk Ledger, the pioneer of Active Supply Chain Security, today announced its expansion into the United States with a new presence in Maryland. The move marks a major milestone in the company’s mission to transform how organisations secure their supply chains, bringing its network-first approach to the world’s largest cybersecurity market.

Traditional third-party risk management relies on static assessments and siloed processes that struggle to keep pace with today’s interconnected digital economy. Risk Ledger is leading the shift to Active Supply Chain Security, connecting organisations and suppliers on a shared network to provide continuous visibility across supply chains and identify concentration risks, emerging cyber threats, and systemic vulnerabilities.

“Supply chains have become the biggest attack surface in cybersecurity, yet most organisations are still relying on outdated approaches to manage supplier risk,” said Haydn Brooks, CEO and Co-Founder of Risk Ledger.

“Security can no longer be managed in isolation. It requires visibility and collaboration across the entire ecosystem. At Risk Ledger, we’re pioneering Active Supply Chain Security — connecting organisations and suppliers on a shared network so they can identify systemic risks and emerging threats in real time. Expanding into Maryland allows us to work alongside one of the world’s most advanced cybersecurity communities as we help organisations strengthen the resilience of their supply chains.”

Building Risk Ledger’s U.S. Presence

Risk Ledger will establish its U.S. presence in Maryland through the state’s Global Gateway Soft Landing program and will initially focus on building its U.S. go-to-market team.

To support its expansion, Risk Ledger recently appointed cybersecurity industry leader Matthew Fox to lead its U.S. go-to-market strategy. Fox previously held leadership roles at Mimecast and Cymulate and most recently founded cybersecurity company RiskApp.

“Risk Ledger believes that locating in Maryland will give it a greater opportunity to grow globally—and we couldn’t agree more,” said Harry Coker Jr., Secretary of the Maryland Department of Commerce. “By joining our state’s expansive cyber community, the company can immerse itself in the nation’s digital economy and expand its presence across the U.S. We look forward to working with the Risk Ledger team in the years to come.”

Risk Ledger currently employs 75 people in the United Kingdom and plans to grow its U.S. presence over the coming year as it brings its network-based approach to supply chain security to organisations across North America.

As supply chain attacks continue to rise globally, Risk Ledger is helping organisations move beyond traditional third-party risk management toward a new model of Active Supply Chain Security — where organisations and suppliers work together to reduce systemic cyber risk and strengthen collective resilience.

About Risk Ledger

Risk Ledger is the platform for Active Supply Chain Security, helping organisations move beyond static third-party risk management to a continuous, collaborative model of supply chain defence.

Founded in 2018, Risk Ledger connects organisations and suppliers on a shared network where security information is standardised, continuously updated, and shared across the ecosystem. This network-first approach enables organisations to visualise their supply chains, identify concentration risks and nth-party dependencies, and respond to emerging threats in real time.

By enabling organisations and suppliers to Defend-as-One, Risk Ledger helps security teams reduce systemic cyber risk, improve efficiency, and strengthen resilience across the entire supply chain — because every link matters in cybersecurity.
